Weve not tried this ourselves but the speed boat tours that run from outside The OldRooms on Trinity St come highly recommended

A bustling and picturesque harbour with many eateries along the quay. The town bridge is fun to watch as it raises and lowers to let yachts and other vessels in and out of the harbour.

I highly recommend booking a trip out to see the dolphins chasing the boat and take in the views of the Jurassic Coast.
