Lovely unspoiled beach beach, nice and secluded. Water is nice and warm not very deep. Food is freshly cooked but be advised place your order upon arrival, the wait is quite a while but worth the wait

This a lovely beach. I am not sure if the restaurant and bar are still in operation though. Turn left onto highway and drive 27 minutes / 21.1 km it's past Ocho Rios. It will be on your left, you will have to exit the main road at the Cool Oasis gas station. It's a bit tricky to find. GPS navigation recommended.

Sugarpot ruins is one of the few remaining natural scenic bays, sandy and idealic private alcoves .The name sugarpot ruins derives from 19th century cast iron sugarpots found here at the ruins of an old wharf once use for exporting sugar, coconut and log wood.Next to the Sugarpot ruins is a old traditional fishing beach from where the local fishermen delivers the catch of the day.
