Our go-to for a classic American style breakfast. The farm house aesthetic ties it all together. Skip the hectic pretentious brunch in Little Italy or La Jolla and grab a perfectly buttery and crisp waffle and glass of OJ at The Original Pancake House. (I'm still more of a waffle type of guy).

Not fancy, but a great pancake house. Try the Lingonberry Crepes if you want something light and tasty.

Locally owned. NOT IHOP! Best buttermilk pancakes ever (except for Snooze who puts white chocolate syrup, etc on theirs). Basic eggs and bacon diner as well. Very long waits if you don't get there by 8am on the weekends.
