Sixth street is not to be missed. Fridays and Saturdays are the liveliest. Just west of I-35 (across the interstate from this neighborhood), you will find a more college-age vibe and a bit more raucous.
Known for it's crazy bar scene, this place is about a $6 uber pool ride. Drinking and partying are mostly what it's known for but there are also a lot of great music venues. My favorite cheeseburger in the world is here at Casino El Camino.
This district is what originally made Austin so famous worldwide. This zip code has more bars than any place in the country.
If you like the live music and club scene obviously sixth Street is a must see. Don’t leave your car parked there though you’re going to have to park a little ways off and walk they will close the streets after 9 PM￼￼
This is the area most people think of when going out in Austin. If you’ve never been, you have to go at least once. Amongst the madness of Bourbon Street... err I mean Sixth Street; there are some great spots. Jackalope and Casino El Camino have killer burgers — hey, if it’s good enough for Guy…
