Surf is one of the better seafood restaurants in Portsmouth and is right on the river. Great ambiance, excellent food and service.

The best seafood restaurant in Portsmouth. Located in downtown, and serves a whole variety of style seafood, and has a separate sushi bar upstairs. Outside seating on balcony dramatically overlooks the Piscataqua river and Portsmouth Waterfront; it is dramatic.
