The ground floor comprises of a high spec kitchen and dining area, laundry room and lounge with log burner. 2 bathrooms, one with freestanding stone bath and a ground floor wetroom with walk in shower. Secure front and rear gardens with BBQ and seating.

Bakers Yard is our family holiday home in the heart of the village. We are two minutes from the North Norfolk Coastal Path, perfectly located for walking, birdwatching and magnificent beaches. Baker's Yard accommodates up to 8 people, welcomes well-behaved dogs and has a sheltered courtyard garden. Thornham has 3 gastropubs, cafe/delicatessen and sporting facilities. The coastal bus provides easy access to RSPB Titchwell, Wells-next-the Sea and Hunstanton seaside towns.

The property offers the perfect base from which to explore all that the North Norfolk Coastline has to offer. There is ample parking at the cottage and many local restaurants and pubs within walking distance. We allow one well behaved dog, as the beach is perfect for dog walking.

The house is in the small village of Brancaster Staithe on the North Norfolk coast – designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is in a small group of houses, three minutes’ walk from the Staithe with its sailing club, fishing sheds, ice cream truck, the marshes and coastal path. There is accommodation for up to eight guests with one family bathroom upstairs & a ground floor shower room. The garden is enclosed making it ideal for families & dogs. There is space for parking 4 cars. The sitting room has a lovely wood burning stove for cosy winter evenings.

Unfortunately, the accommodation is not suitable for Pets or Children/Infants.
