From the hall there are stairs to first floor and a door to the main open plan living area. This open plan living area comprises of a large well-equipped kitchen, a 10-seat farmhouse dining area and a lounge with 4K UHD Smart TV and Blue-Ray player and a stone fireplace with log burner.

Our home from home is on offer to you for your holidays in the lovely little village of Kilkhampton. This little village has a lovely tea room and shops. Close by, approximately a 12 minute car drive is Bude with its beautiful coast line and lovely charm. There you will find quirky shops and a variety of restaurants from fish and chips to fine dining. Cottage has wifi and all bed linen provided.(no towels provided) pots and pans provided

We provide you with everything you need for your stay ~ French linen bedding, towels, bathrobes, hair dryer and wood for both hot tub and wood burner & a delicious Cornish cream tea on arrival. We also include tea, instant coffee and fresh ground coffee, hot chocolate with mini marshmallows and a selection of fresh and dried herbs. You have exclusive access to the hot tub during your stay.
