It is situated on over 4 acres of beautiful tree covered land with great views of the Brazos Cliffs, Brazos Peak and surrounding hills. It is a close 3 ½ minute walk to the Brazos River, where we have deeded rights to an incredible half mile of river frontage and some of the best trout fishing around.
