Apartmant Mareta III is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Bright and spacious condo located behind the main bus station in centar of Budva. The condo is a part of a new residental building, it is stylish and modern desin. 10 minutes walk to the sea coast, and 10 minutes walk to the Old Town. There are a lot of mini markets and supermarkets near by. You have a lot of restoraunts, fast food places, everything you need for a good stay is in the area of the condo.
