Word of warning: we are VERY remote, (1km off the road down a rough track). With almost no public transport, own transport (eg car) is highly recommended - see Getting Around!

The property is in a residential area with free on street parking. It has 3 double bedrooms - 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs, 2 bathrooms and patio/garden to the rear. Central heating. Parking in front and patio to the rear. Perfect for couples, families and adventurers. Starting point for the Wild Atlantic Way and Ring of Kerry. Please do not charge your car at the house as this will incur a cost €20/night. Supervalu and the Brandon hotel carpark have charging points just minutes away.

My space is ideal for couples and the solo traveler alike. My Studio apartment is attached to my home (a traditional Irish farmhouse) . We are surrounded by the most spectacular mountains on 3 sides and to the front it opens up to the beautiful Derriana lake. When you look out the front window of my studio you will be greeted by the lake and see Waterville in the distance. I am situated about 20 minutes from the village of Waterville and about 20 minutes from the town of Cahersiveen.
