Master bedroom features a cashmere topped California king bed. The property has so many amenities starting with a very large pool, lighted at night. A dock on the river to enjoy the views. Access to kayaks on premises. There’s a private clothing optional area/deck with a massage table , hot tub and loungers. We recently added a fire pit.

Conveniently located near I-10 and I-95 and Ortega Marina and within walking distance of the Shoppes of Avondale, the waterfront, public tennis courts and parks. Newly renovated, this studio suite features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a kitchen with a retro refrigerator, flat-screen TV and a bathroom with all the essentials.

This is a full size one bedroom house with full brand new kitchen and private entrance. The entire place was renovated late 2021. A king size bed (inc tv) awaits you and a twin sized sofa bed for one adult or two kids. The kitchen has a full sized brand new oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and fridge and is stocked with utensils etc so you can easily make full meals or stay for an extended time. There's one free off-street parking spot available and plentiful free street parking.

Ring cameras monitor all the entrances and are motion activated.

Hosts live on-site, in the main house beside the barn. Located on a small pecan orchard, our barn was built to be a place of rest and creativity for our family and friends. One of our favorite things about where we live is being able to enjoy the open space of the country while being close to the vibrant city of Jacksonville and the beautiful beaches.
