Located on a 10-minute walking distance from State University Metro Station with bus stops even closer. Sort of busy city getaway within the city, in a modern neighborhood outlooking mountains. The neighbours are nice and friendly. Has a new smart TV. Building’s entrance is lockable and neighbors have cameras - it is very secure. My home is on the 3rd floor you can use both the elevator or stairs. Home is 40sq.m^2 which includes separate bedroom and gorgeous veranda.

Жилье великолепно: в нём вас окружает стиль. Уютно, чисто, все новое, красивое. без излишеств, но все необходимое есть : чистое постельное белье, чистые полотенца, прекрасная, уютная мебель, интернет, телевизор. Животных тоже можно привозить с собой, за них мы взимаем небольшую плату- мини-собака -5 $, кошка -4$ в сутки. Владельцев больших собак просьба не обращаться
