The hosts are your only bordering neighbors, with the Umpqua National Forest to the west. Property is shaded by 5pm, perfect on hot days

The Warmhouse apartment is recently renovated, quiet and cozy, located on the first floor of the 2-story house. It is totally private. There is another short term rental apartment on the second floor.

(Beach stairs closed and under repair with no known completion date due to significant engineering issues). Beach access within 1/2 mile south and north. Beach stair access will hopefully be restored soon as the contractor has finally provided a plan.
