It is only minutes from many wineries and only 15 minutes from watkins glen. The house has a full kitchen with cooking basics and a k-cup coffee maker 3 bedrooms with king size beds. A stream flowing right through the back yard. There are toys and games and a hot tub. There's some noise from the traffic on rte 14 but peaceful otherwise.

The kitchen is stocked with cookware, bakeware, dinnerware, silverware, and drinking glasses. Guests can use the stove/oven, microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, and dishwasher. Dishwasher detergent is provided as well as garbage bags. Please respect the no pets policy.

You can also hear a rooster crowing his hearty good morning as you wake up on the patio with a cup of coffee. After spending a day out sight seeing or hiking the Watkins glen gorge, you can relax in the hot tub or around the fire pit. Fire wood is provided.
