The Seaside Modern Apartment delivers true comfort in a spectacular waterfront setting. Occupying one story of a midcentury modern home, the 900 sq ft space provides outstanding views of the Sound, Olympic Mountains, magnificent sunsets, and sea life. Accommodations include a living/dining area, spacious master bedroom, seaview terrace with covered patio, kitchenette (no full kitchen), additional guest room and access to the waterfront bulkhead (no beach access). A car is strongly recommended.

Great 180 degree Views from south end of Vashon Island. Spectacular views of Mt. Rainier and Pt. Defiance. Tacoma city and Commencement Bay lights up views at night while Pt. Defiance is dark. This cozy 1 bedroom has a king size bed, 1 bath with a shower and unique 1/2 size tub. The views are amazing from the bedroom, kitchen and living area. At high tide you feel like you are on a boat. Access to our private boat ramp for kayak, SUP, or other small watercraft. Come enjoy being on the water!

Cozy and charming, "Shamrockin" is located in the heart of Gig Harbor within easy walking distance of all the harbor has to offer. Use the kayaks to paddle around Gig Harbor--or paddle to the Tides Tavern or Anthony's seafood for lunch! Complete with two staterooms, a cozy fireplace, and a view of sunsets and Mount Rainier! Some say the cabin has a nautical feel with galley kitchen, wood paneling and brass light fixtures. In the bathroom, copper pipes become towel racks. Outside there are deck chairs and more by the water along with a meditation maze made from beach stones. The lighthouse is a short beach walk away. The reading and writing room, across the path, is a refuge for solitary study or work. Enjoy the water, marine life and birds here where each season brings new joy and sometimes, excitement.

Looking for a quiet place to get away “glamp” - our special cabin is the place for you. The cabin is SMALL and cozy. Right on the water with use of kayaks, paddle boards, & canoe. It features a queen bed in upstairs sleeping loft as well as a couch that pulls out into a double size sleeper, covered kitchen & private hot shower located OUTSIDE. There's an easy-to-use Incenelet toilet. Someone will meet you to go over check-in when you arrive. We allow you to bring 2 dogs - $50 each.
