Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. 3,5 mil från Göteborg ca 35 minuter. Naturnära läge nära till sjö och badplats. Du bor bekvämt på en välplanerad yta om 30 kvm. Egen infart och stor trädgård som avskiljs från grannfastigheter med häckar. Du har också en altan med bästa solläge! 1 separat sovrum, ett vardagsrum och kök med öppen planlösning samt badrum med dusch. Soffan i vardagsrummet går lätt att bädda ut. Tvättmaskin och micro finns också på plats!

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Stunning lakehouse - 25 min from Goteborg airport

Enjoy the nature right next to lake Torskabotte in Tollered. Rent a small cozy lakehouse, on a half island with everything you may need for a nice get away. Perfect for two. Please note! You can rent bedlinens and towels for a fee, or you can provide it for yourself if you wish. You can't follow a GPS to our cabin. Write to us to get the right directions. In the lakehouse there is a small kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a view over lake Torskabotten.

Röda stugan

35 minuter från Göteborg & 10 minuter från café staden Alingsås når du Röda Stugan som är belägen i vackra Hästeryd. Med gamla stengerdsgårdar och härliga promenadstråk bor du på landet, med närhet till stan. Röda stugan är den perfekta platsen för avkoppling och här är även din fyrbenta vän välkommen. Detta är den perfekta platsen för att varva ner och andas in naturen. På en promenad om knappt 10 minuter når du även en badplats i sjön Färjen.

Lindskogstorpet

Totalrenoverad stuga i 1700-tals stil (2024). Torpet har figurerat i tidskrifter och har hög mysfaktor. Ett givet boende för den byggnadsvårdsintresserade. 400 meter till mysig och stilla badstrand med brygga i Lensjön. 20 minuter bilväg till Göteborg och 15 minuter till Alingsås. Matbutik och restauranger finns nära till hands nere i Floda. Superbra svampskog i intilliggande skog. 50% av det vi tjänar på vårt Airbnb ger vi till välgörenhet.

Cottage de Luxe

Welcome to this updated old hunters cottage. Consisting of three cottages; one big, two smaller. There’s a big garden with a green house, to enjoy dinners, in the middle. The train station is a 5 min walk away and the trains take you to Alingsås in 10 min and Gothenburg in 20 min. There’s a rocky beach and a sandy beach close by. Lots of forest and meadows to stroll around. Perfect for a group of friends or family.

Sommarstuga vid Mjörn

Koselig hytte med vakker utsikt over Mjörn, bare 70 meter til egen badeplass og strand. Motorbåt er inkludert for utflukter, bading og fiske. Skogen bak byr på stier, bær og sopp. 1,8 km til tog med 10 minutter til Alingsås og 30 minutter til Göteborg. Perfekt for deg som vil kombinere rolig natur med enkel tilgang til byliv. Det er god plass til parkering og den skjermede beliggenheten gir rolige og fine dager.
