Puulämmitteisessä saunassa on pehmeät löylyt ja iso maisemaikkuna. Saunan yhteydessä on iso terassialue oleskeluun ja ruuanlaittoon (grilli ja savustin). The new, fully equipped villa is situated in a tranquil location on the shore of the clear and pristine Lake Kuolimo. It is the perfect place to escape from everyday life and enjoy nature. The main building is located on top of a hill, and almost every window offers beautiful lake views. Along the shoreline, there is also a separate sauna building. The villa is suited for families or small groups. Parties or other big catherings are not allowed. The stated number of guests must not be exceeded.

Villa Ruoholampi Charming 65 m² cottage located in Ruoholampi, Lappeenranta, close to the LUT campus. The cottage features a small private yard and beach. For an authentic Finnish sauna experience, enjoy the traditional lakeside wood-fired sauna with its gentle heat. The beach is shallow and child-friendly. The cabin accommodates up to 4 people. (In 2026, the lake water level is exceptionally low, as is the case elsewhere in Eastern Finland. So swimming may be difficult in shallow areas.)

The yard is mainly in a natural state, so you may find blueberries as well as chanterelles.

We have car shelter and wifi for you.
