Welcome to the Ore Mountains, first of all an important note: in winter (in snow and ice) the house is only accessible with vehicles with four-wheel drive. The house is located at the edge of the village, about 150 metres above the main road at the end of a steep dirt road, where there is no traffic and you have absolute peace and quiet. The large natural meadow is also available for guests. The flat has a separate entrance and two separately accessible bedrooms. Details in description below.

S citem rekonstruované podkroví s výhledem do přírody a koupacím sudem na terase (za příplatek) a domácím kinem. Rádi Ti naše místo propůjčíme. K dispozici Ti bude celý prostor včetně terasy. The cottage accommodates 10 (up to 14) guests and is located in the peaceful village of Zhořec near Bezdružice, offering a perfect place to relax and spend time with family or friends. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, two bathrooms, two double rooms with extra beds, a family room for four, and a cozy attic sleeping area for another four guests. A spacious garden invites relaxation and outdoor activities, while farm animals add to the authentic countryside atmosphere.

The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.

Located in Sehmatal-Cranzahl, thanks to its central location in the Central Ore Mountains, it is the ideal starting point for discovering the Ore Mountains with their diverse attractions and the surrounding nature. In the building from 1905 marriages were celebrated and official business was done in the past. From 1917 to 2005 it served as the town hall for the community.

Beautiful house direct on the lake "Eibenstock" in the UNESCO World Heritage Erzgebirge. Completely furnished with a huge kitchen including all you need for cooking. A living room with a fantastic view over the mountains & the lake. The bath has a shower, bathtub, WC & bidet. The house has a big terrace and a garden with a lawn. It´s an ideal start for walking, bicycle or skiing tours in the beautiful Ore Mountains.

Tento zelený dům je výjimečný svoji atmosférou. Interiér je boutique chalupa. Většina nábytku je původní jen nově zrekonstruovaná. Ostatní nábytek jako například postele, skříně a skříňky jsme vyrobili vlastnoručně spolu s našimi nejlepšími přáteli. Na celkovou rekonstrukci jsme vynaložili spousty času, energie a úsilí. Toto místo prostě musíte zažít.:)
