Double Room In Boutique Style Hotel With BKFST

Nice and cosy double room in our boutique style hotel, with complimentary breakfast, kettle, Wi.Fi, safe, ensuite bathroom, A/C or heating, according to the season, SKY tv (cable). The hotel is placed 5 minutes far walking to S.Lucia train station and Piazzale Roma (bus station), just a few steps far from the Grand Canal. Reception service isn't always 24 hours, so we like to know your expected arrival time. City tax is not included in price (1.00€ per person per night to get paid cash only).

Al Gufo Nero

Appartamento appena ristrutturato, con splendida vista sulla valle. La casa è ricavata dalla ristrutturazione di un vecchio “stavolo” carnico, una stalla dove riposavano gli animali e si faceva asciugare il fieno raccolto. Il Gufo Nero è un cottage adatto ad una vacanza rilassante da passare ammirando il panorama sulle Alpi carniche e sorseggiando un buon vino friulano, davanti al caminetto da cui fu salvato un gufo caduto per sbaglio e annerito dalla fuliggine.

Elegante e spazioso, è il top di gamma dei nostri alloggi, con stanze ariose che renderanno la tua vacanza speciale. È composto da due grandi camere da letto - una matrimoniale e una tripla con due letti singoli più uno a bandiera - e due bagni completi con doccia, wc e lavandino. Completano l'alloggio un soggiorno con cucina attrezzata e una comoda veranda in legno arredata con tavolo e sedie, perfetta per il relax di tutta la famiglia.

Local tourist taxes will be paid at check in, the price from February to December is: €2.80 per person per night. For the month of January it is: €2 per person per night.

The standard studio apartment has a living room kitchen with a single sofa bed and two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a terrace with a lake view. Each apartment has an induction hob, kettle, microwave / grill, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, American coffee maker, toaster, smart TV, hairdryer and safe.
