The guestroom room has a separate entrance located off a covered, back porch with a table and chairs for summer use. There is adjustable heat and cool air from the wall mounted air-source, heat pump. The little kitchen alcove is convenient for coffee or tea or a light meal w/ toaster oven, single induction “hot” plate, water heater & small fridge We live in a historic building. Our neighborhood is near Rte 100. Waterbury village and Stowe are nearby with skiing, hiking and biking too.

Unbeatable Vermont setting, panoramic mountain views and gorgeous sunsets. Located one mile off Rt 100, minutes from the best skiing, bike trails, kayaking, and hiking in the east. The apartment is a sunny, bright and private space, cheerfully decorated, with the comfiest beds and coziest linens. *Burlington’s 1st Spa + Stay. Recently renovated and upgraded! We added a sauna, a cold plunge, upgraded bicycles, enlarged the courtyard, added an exercise/yoga room, robes and sandals, an espresso machine… the list goes on! New photos were just added! We still have a king bed, a queen bed, and the two twins that make up the Dream Sofa in the living room. Pets are still welcome! We have new stuff for kids too! We’re right near the beach and bike path!
