Welcome to Klokkargarden - the quiet pearl in Aurland! The old part of the house was built 1947 and we are now the 4th and 5th generation living here. It has always been Marit’s favourite place and it is growing on Espen as well. The new part of the house where you find your flat was was finished 2018. The outdoor area is still "work in progress" - but lift your eyes and you can see the beauty of the Aurlandsfjord. The flat is well suited for 2-3 adults or 2 adults plus 2 young children.

From the flat you have easy access to walks in the surrounding mountains. Drengstova", an apartment that is located in the barn with a private balkong facing the fjord, Sørfjorden. At the dock it’s nice to take a bath, fish or just enjoy the view. Fogefonna sommerskisenter is one houer by car from us. There are many fine hiking in the surrounding area. The most famous are Trolltunga, Oksen and the waterfalls in Husedalen,Kinsarvik. It's nice to cycle along the fjord into Agatunet or against Utne with Utne hotel, and Hardanger Folkemuseeum .

There’s parking possibilities upon request. 150kr pr. day. Close to Bergen Aquarium and Nordnes Sjøbad (outdoor public swimmingpool with access to the sea). Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to all kinds of activities in the center of Bergen.

Studio is within a walking distance from the town center and most of places of interest, as well as it is a great place to relax after a day full of impressions while enjoying the breathtaking view. The village is also known for its goat cheese made from local milk. Historically, the site was home to the local post office and steamship expedition.
