Pretty House, is not for everyone, if you love standard furnishings, all the same, modern mass-produced, it is not for you. We have created a refuge for those like us (and there are many of us) who love peace, nature, away from the crowds, in a welcoming and traditionally Sardinian environment. . Pretty House is a delightful little house consisting of a large triple bedroom, a double bedroom, two full bathrooms with shower, living room with kitchenette. The property is in the countryside, completely fenced, with a gate that separates it from a small quiet road, which leads to the center of the village of Villamassargia, a 500 meter walk. The jewel of the house is a large veranda in front of the living room / kitchen, inside a 1000 square meter garden full of flowers and plants: vines, olive trees, palms, wisteria and prickly pears. This covered porch is the most desirable for a pleasant summer holiday: outdoor dining with barbecue, comfortable chairs, a sofa and deck chairs for reading, resting and working on your tan. Veranda 2: fully covered veranda with table and chairs .The house enjoys a fantastic location, in the countryside, a few steps from an educational farm with horses, donkeys and an organic garden where you can buy vegetables, 500 meters from the supermarket, 1 km from the village, 20 minutes from the first beaches of Funtanamare and Plage e Mesu.

What makes the villa unique is its splendid elevated position, overlooking the beach and the calm sea below, offering a picturesque view and moments of pure relaxation. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, soundproofing glass, and mosquito nets, ensuring maximum comfort in every season. The modern and fully equipped kitchen features a four-burner induction stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, electric oven, 5kg washing machine, TV, and Wi-Fi. The living room offers a splendid sea view and opens onto an outdoor patio, also overlooking the sea, perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing at sunset. Outside, the villa is surrounded by a large garden overlooking the beach and the sea. Access to the beach is private and direct via a staircase. The garden offers convenient parking for up to two or three cars. There is also a covered outdoor shower with hot and cold water, ideal for returning from the beach.

Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
