Gravelly Range Retreat - Red Room

This is the smaller of two bedrooms in a home with a full bathroom, living room, dining and kitchenette area exclusively for guests. Bedroom has queen-sized bed with linens, bath towels and other amenities. Kitchen area provides a utility sink, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, glasses, dishes, silverware and various utensils. Sheridan MT located in the Ruby Valley is a popular destination for tourists. Located approximately 90 minutes from Yellowstone National Park. Average Summer temperatures in the 70s and 80s Sheridan is surrounded by mountains, blue ribbon trout fishing rivers, nearby lakes, historical Virginia City and Nevada City, Lewis and Clark Caverns, plenty of hiking trails. The home is located 1 block from downtown, which has Grocery Store, Brewery with live music, Pizza, Bakery, Coffee and more.

For the adventure traveler, try a night or two in a sheep wagon. Home on wheels to early sheep herders in the mountains of Montana, this hand built wagon sits on our 30 acre homestead. Finished under canvas with tongue and groove pine, this very small space offers a unique lodging experience. Inside is a nice queen size bed, 2 bench seats, and a pull out dining table. Enjoy mountain views from the outside bench, rocker & fire pit. Bathroom facilities in our nearby shop.

Our guest house features a full kitchen, everything you need to eat in, a great place to rest after exploring the area. We are 2.5 miles to town center where you can find unique shopping and dining, 14 miles to the historic Virginia City, 10 miles to Ennis Lake, and 74 miles to West Yellowstone.

This 640 sq. ft. cabin, located in Alder Mt, is nestled on our 80-acre working ranch. The ranch has been a part of our family for over 120 years. You will have seclusion and a great view. Guests are welcome to enjoy private fishing on our stretch of Clear Creek. The Ruby River public fishing access is also within walking distance. Fishing licenses are required. Historic Virginia City is only 10 miles to the east and The Ruby Reservoir is just southwest, about 6 miles away.
