Uz to smještaj ima parking odmah uz kuću, kuhinju, wc, 2 terase, klima uređaj, wi-fi, pećnicu, mikrovalnu pećnicu,perilicu suđa. Gostima su na raspolaganju za korištenje zajedničke perilice i sušilice rublja, roštilj te vanjski tuš.

Das ganze Haus ist geschossoffen, dh. zwischen den Geschossen befinden sich nur Treppen, keine Tueren. Im Garten sind Orangen-, Zitronen-, Granantapfel- und Mandelbaum und ein weiterer Sitzplatz. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
