The grassy beach with the entrance to the river is 150 m from the house, and the forest is about 20 m away. There are many cycling routes around the lowland and sand pits suitable for swimming.

Poděbrady jsou protkané cyklostezkami, nabídnou vám překrásnou přírodu a možnost přírodního koupání. Večer vás okouzlí příjemnou lázeňskou atmosférou. There is no kitchen, only kettle and mini fridge and some dishes for breakfast and snack. Appartment is opposite to the beautiful largest forest in the Prague. In front of the house is small zen-like garden and small zen-like garden is also on the opposite side.
