The Barn can accommodate up to 8 guests plus baby. The Barn is a large period conversion set on the edge of our family farm near Walberton. It is ideal for families or friends sharing. Sorry-- No Parties, Hen/Stag Parties. Dogs welcome @ 25 pounds each. Max 2 small/medium dogs. There is a footpath close by. Suitable for families and as a base for exploring, shopping ,walking, cycling across the Southdowns/beaches staying inside by the log fire. The Barn is for holiday let purposes only.

Nestled in the heart of Arundel, Norton Cottage is situated a short walk from its historic Castle, Cathedral and old town centre with its boutique shops, bars and restaurants. A renovated Georgian cottage set over three floors providing accommodation for four guests. There are two bedrooms with king size beds and a beautiful bathroom. The ground floor contains the living area, complete with original wooden beams and a log burner to enjoy on colder nights, as well as a modern galley kitchen.

This cosy, 3 bedroomed, terraced cottage is a perfect base for you to explore the historic town of Arundel. It is within walking distance of 2 local breweries, numerous pubs, restaurants, cafes and, a lovely eclectic mix of shops. After sightseeing, shopping or walking the dog take a rest in the warmth of the woodstove or, rustle up a meal in the well equipped kitchen. The master bedroom boasts a super king bed and an en-suite shower room. King and Single bedrooms are on the top floor.

A comfortable and spacious family house suitable for all ages. The house is very child friendly with plenty of toys and games, and a ground floor bedroom for less mobile guests. The large garden is a real feature and just at the end of the drive is the lovely East Beach. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept bookings from ANY adult only groups such as Stag, Hen, party / celebrations due to recent complaints. The historic town of Arundel is home to the stately Arundel Castle & Cathedral, aswell as antique shops, cafes & restaurants. Chichester Cathedral city & Goodwood are a 20 minutes drive. Great location for the South Downs National Park. We are close to some glorious beaches like Littlehampton (East & West Beach), Felpham, Bognor Regis & The Witterings.
