The Harty House - Walking Distance to Downtown!

The Harty House is a charming 2/1 cottage built in 1916. It is an easy two block stroll to the historic Georgetown square where you will find restaurants, wine bars, craft beers, live music, shopping, arts and theater. Very close to Southwestern University and a short bike/walk to City parks/recreation. Just a short drive to Austin if you want to experience music/film festivals, Formula 1 Racing, or the hill country. The home is furnished with all things necessary for a delightful stay.

Home offers the best of all worlds with the interior including wall wine racks, kitchen appliances, and spacious suite rooms with adjacent areas for office work. This includes the huge lot space for outside activities.

The Palette Pad isn't just a cabin—it's a piece of Texas history. Originally built as the art studio of C. P. Montague, one of President Lyndon B. Johnson's favorite artists, this inspiring space is where she painted hundreds of Texas landscapes overlooking Scurlock Farms. Many guests tell us that after reading C. P. The cabin grounds feature a serene koi pond and hot tub. Seasonal fire pit - removed during summer and burn bans. 5 minutes to HighPointe Estate and close to many other wedding venues. Enjoy the whole house to yourself (1350sqft of accessable space to you). You'll have 3 bedrooms with 3 queen size beds and 2.5 bathrooms. You can park your car in the garage and you'll get the garage door opener. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. You'll have two Tv's with Hulu, Netflix, Amazon prime. The house also includes a washer and dryer for use. The backyard is fully fenced in for your pets (no aggressive breeds).
