Infants over 6 mths [ mobile - i.e. crawling and above ] are discouraged for safety reasons We are a well travelled couple who enjoy interacting with people. The house is 90 secs drive/5 mins walk to one of Victoria's best swimming and fishing beaches, 10 min walk to ferry, 4 mins drive to 5 top wineries and the golf club.

Position wise, it couldn’t be better, at the gateway to the Great Ocean Road, the Studio is across the road from a beautiful park, that you walk across to the waters front, with a casual stroll, to the Geelong CBD. We are just 5 minutes walk to the train/bus station for Melbourne City. Nearby ‘Milk Bar’, grocery and Cafes, 2 mins walk.

Relax the afternoon away in your cosy lounge or outdoor area with a local wine you have picked up on your adventures. On cooler evenings enjoy the warmth of your outdoor firepit.

The Cottage is ideally located a short walk to Sorrento Village - restaurants, cafes, and great shopping. An easy walk to ocean and bay beaches. A great base to explore golf courses, hot springs, wineries. There are many coastal walks to enjoy. The cottage provides a lovely space in which to relax. Long weekends are a minimum 3 night booking. * We would prefer guests to be fully COVID vaccinated. My husband and I are fully vaccinated.
