Close to everything in Northwest Arkansas, right off I-49 for great access, yet very secluded in a quiet neighborhood with a private dock on Lake Elmdale. 3 bedrooms and 1 pull out couch. Pet friendly! Fenced in backyard. Dock access is steep. This is not a swimming lake. Lake level can fluctuate and be stained after rains. Recently remodeled 3-bedroom 2-bath lakefront cabin on Beaver Lake. Make sure to bring you boat/canoe/kayak, with two boat ramps within walking distance you will always have a spot to park when the lake is busy! :) Our cabin is within 20min of the University of Arkansas, Bentonville, and many other NWA hotspots. We also are within close proximity to many of NWA's great mountain bike trail systems.
