Unwind at this unique & tranquil gem in a hidden neighborhood looking over the Back River to Tybee. The beach is accessible by car, or kayak from our dock for the adventurous soul. With miles of marsh on one side, & the Back River flowing to the ocean on the other, enjoy sunrises & sunsets. Use the salty beach bikes, kayaks, canoe, jump off the dock, build a (responsible) fire in the pit, or relax on the patio. This cozy downstairs suite has its own entrance in a private home. Sunset Serenity

Cozy one-bedroom retreat features a comfy king-size bed, wall-mounted smart TV, and a spacious closet. The living room also has a wall-mounted smart TV and a couch that pulls out into a queen-size bed. The bathroom offers a clean, modern stand-up shower. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, fridge, sink, toaster and a Keurig. The dining table has 4 seats for guest to enjoy meals or use as a workspace. The washer and dryer are located in the garage just below the apartment.
