It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open kitchen/lounge area with sofa bed. It also has it's own outside space - an enclosed decking area. Just 2.5 miles from the beautiful Lanhydrock, and 4 miles from Cardinham woods. Conveniently located for great access to Cornwall's North & South Coast beaches and other attractions.

Glynn Bull Pen was built as part of Glynn Estate early 1800s, we have renovated the barn to create a modern, light and spacious holiday retreat. A rural location, private and surrounded by trees, set in the beautiful Glynn Valley. We are close to Bodmin Parkway, with easy access to Cornwall's many tourist attractions such as Lanhydrock Estate (1 mile) Eden (20 minutes) and both north and south coast beaches. You have your own garden space, parking and many acres of quiet woodland to explore.

Boconnion Stables

Beautifully renovated in 2024 by renowned designer Adam Knight in a modern romantic style, The Stables accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 en-suite rooms. Sleep in a vintage Harrods sleigh bed, bathe in the beautiful copper bath & in the evenings, relax in the small but perfectly formed walled garden & have dinner under the stars. Set on the edge of Boconnoc Estate and the outskirts of Lostwithiel you will find our large 1 bedroom converted barn. We are quite centrally located in Cornwall. South coast beaches can be found 5 miles away with the north coast being around 20 miles away. You will find so many things to do including walking, sightseeing, fishing, visiting many types of attractions. We offer a warm welcome and as much or as little interaction as you prefer. You will find yourself surrounded by nature.

Moorland walks and stunning lakes are all within close vicinity and both the North & South coasts are within a 30-40minute drive. The A30 & A38 are also easily accessible via car from the property.
