Quaint, quiet and cozy cottage set in a tranquil park like setting with all the amenities of home. Ten minutes to Shades State Park and twenty minutes to Turkey Run State Park. A great place to stay for the Covered Bridge Festival. 15 minutes to Wabash College, 25 minutes to DePauw University, 45 minutes to Purdue. We live on site and our back door is approximately 600 ft. from from the Airbnb. At this time we do not allow pets. We clean the cottage in accordance with CDC guidelines.

Welcome to River Cottage---This is a very nice cottage home overlooking the Wabash River. The host lives upstairs. Guests will have access to the entire main floor of the cottage that includes a private entrance. The cottage includes a kitchen (all new appliances), bathroom, living room, dining area, and laundry. There are complete amenities throughout and the views are priceless. Don't be shocked to see a family of deer in the backyard. Please make sure to read the House Rules.

I maintain a natural lawn and yard without using harsh pesticides/herbicides, which means the grass isn't always weed-free, but is safe for pets and children.

The Black & Gold House Spacious Family Gatherings

Perfect place for a big family to stay while visiting Purdue University. This house is located in a family oriented neighborhood just 12 minutes from campus and 18 minutes to Ross-Ade Stadium and Mackey Arena. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun in the back yard with a grill and fire pit. The neighborhood has a 1/4 mile walking path in the common area along with (2) two playgrounds, one at each side! This is accessible from the back yard.

Your unit in this duplex is all yours. Great quiet location on the South side of Lafayette. Great location for those visiting Purdue in West Lafayette or anywhere in Lafayette. You will enjoy a clean comfortable stay at this location. We provide a kitchen ready to use and washer and dryer available for use free of charge. Bedroom 1 offers a queen bed and a futon, bedroom 2 offers a full size bed. Fireplace is non-functional and is for decoration only.
