This immaculate main floor suite is located close to downtown, the U of L and Lethbridge College, Lethbridge Regional Hospital, shopping, pool, parks and more.

Bright and spacious; this basement suite includes a large walk-in closet, a roomy pantry, laundry machines, a full-sized kitchen, Wifi, and a Smart TV. There is also a Queen-Sized bed in the unit. While staying here you will be just a short walk from grocery stores, restaurants, the Cor Van Raay YMCA and a short drive from the University of Lethbridge and the downtown core.

Magrath is a Wonderfull town. 45 minutes to Waterton park and 20 minutes to Lethbridge. There is a Pharmacy, Sash Pizza, 2 banks, post office, hair salon and seniors centre. Outdoor swimming pool and play grounds. It's a small safe community great for kids. We use Hypoallergenic laundry soap and free and gentle fabric softener for all our towels and bedding.
