Steve & Angie are your hosts at Spurrell’s Retreat… a brand new, unique, self-contained, high-tech holiday accommodation, created, as part of our renovation of Manor House Farm. The Retreat offers stylish, peaceful and relaxing accommodation for two adults, open plan living/sleeping, a private raised patio with fire pit and gas BBQ, a separate kitchen with electric oven, hob, fridge, and dishwasher, and a bathroom with walk-in shower and sauna, all WiFi and audio connected. Visit England '4 Star' with Gold Award rated - you can relax & enjoy the ambiance & atmosphere of Molly's Cottage, built in 2006 with all the characteristics & charm of a traditional Norfolk cottage, but newly renovated (2022) with all the modern comforts. Decorated with soft Farrow & Ball colours throughout & nautical accents, you can indulge yourself in the cosy surroundings, enjoy a meal with friends & family in the glow of the log burner or in the wrap around garden, surrounded by fields.

Canfers Barn is close to Holt and the stunning North Norfolk Coast. It is in a quiet, rural location great for exploring the North Norfolk coastline. A well behaved dog is welcome at an additional charge. (Max 2 dogs). There are some great pubs within a short drive and some fabulous walks nearby and immediately from the property on our arable farm. Please note that Canfers is very popular and usually only available for a minimum of 7 nights. Occasionally short breaks are available.

The Old Farm Office.

A peaceful getaway for two, we can cater for special occasions on request. It's a great base to explore Norfolk's beautiful countryside. Its location is very convenient being close to Norwich, Norfolk Broads & only a few miles away from the popular coastal towns of Cromer, Sheringham with stunning beaches. The Old Farm Office is private and fully self-contained; guests have their own entrance to a hall, separate fully fitted kitchen, shower room, lounge/bedroom and private garden.

A centuries' old cottage given a new lease of life in the conservation area of Hunworth, North Norfolk - just outside Holt and the wonderful North Norfolk coast. Spinks Nest is a charming and stylish boutique cottage. Recently completely renovated to the highest of standards, Spinks Nest is cosy, fun, stylish, relaxed, well-appointed, luxurious yet rustic. Featured on Conde Nast, Observer, TimeOut and Country Living, seen on BBC (Please note the property doesn't have a bath)

The Coach House is a perfect location for couples, hikers, or a small family looking to enjoy Sheringham with all the amenities, shops, restaurants, beautiful beaches and walks on offer. Dog and family friendly. A great location with easy access to Sheringham town centre, the beach is within 1 mile, and the beautiful woodland at Pretty Corner is a super nature trail with excellent walks, making it perfect for hikers, dogs or just a fun place for kids to run around.

The Tin Train

The Tin Train is a lovingly hand-restored, stylish and cosy retreat, tucked into a rural garden, on a peaceful country lane. Just 20 minutes from the stunning North Norfolk coast, and with beautiful walks and country pubs all around, you can explore the local area before coming back to have a drink in your own private sun-trap or curled up on the sofa in front of the wood-burner. The Tin Train is perfect for a romantic couple's getaway or a tranquil break for one.
