Southern Charm 2.0

Reba’s place is located in Ruston, Louisiana. Residential area bordering of downtown Ruston. Five to six minutes from city hall / convention center. Eateries and shopping, 6 blocks to the Louisiana Tech University campus (great for walking, jogging, or biking). A few minutes' drive to any area of Ruston - 3 minutes from I-20. Centrally located to Grambling State University. There is a full kitchen, luxurious bathrooms with walk-in-shower, large living area with 50" TV & 4 bedrooms, 5 beds.

Holly Harbor is 1.5 acre pennisula lot on beautiful Lake D'Arbonne. The rustic cottage "lake-themed" interior family home boasts a large picture window facing the sunrise and a large back deck perfect for outdoor grilling or just bird watching from the porch swing. A large open dock to the bay is ideal for fishing or swimming or canoeing/kayaking (provided). The cove side offers a boat house with lift that is available to guests who own boats. Sunrise at Holly Harbor is truly majestic.

Visiting our area for the holidays or special events? This property is less than a mile from the interstate, West Monroe Sports Complex, Kiroli Park, Ike Hamilton Expo Center restaurants, shopping, and Glenwood Medical Center. Sugah’s Bayou Bungalow

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located in a residential area, the serenity you’ll feel here, tucked away, will be like home. This is a brand new build, with all new appliances and furniture. One king sized bed in the bedroom, with two queen sized air mattresses available on request. This space is water front with access to a private deck and dock for fishing, or parking a boat on. Two boat ramps are located close by.

This newly renovated, spacious residence has all of the amenities that we feel one should be able to utilize as if this was Your home. This residence is in a colder-sack and sits right on the bank of the pond where the locals often fish, duck hunt and hunt for frogs. Hope you Njoy!

Hooked on the River

Located on the scenic Ouachita River in Sterlington. Cabin sits on a large lot with direct access and views of the Ouachita River. There is a private boat launch a few hundred yards away. You will be 5 minutes from Sterlington and 20 minutes from Monroe. The fishing and recreation on this area of the river is top notch. Multiple porches and a patio for relaxing.
