Relax by the fireplace, sit outside & watch the stars, light a fire. We provide blankets & wood. A welcome basket & a fully stocked coffee bar for the early mornings are waiting for you.

Tiny glamping cabin with mineral spring hot tub

This off grid, alternative powered site is located towards the front of a large twelve acre estate, alongside a flowing brook. Elevated over a natural spring that flows year round, the Japanese inspired aesthetics of this private, tiny cabin sits perched atop a deck among the wooded trees overlooking the waterway the mineral spring feeds, but not before filling the in-ground, cedar lined, two person, bubbling hot tub heated with a wood burning stove. One of two glamping sites on the 12 acres.

A slice of heaven 7 miles from Cooperstown 16 min from Cooperstown Dreams Park.Immaculate,quiet, peaceful working rescue farm. Outdoor gazebo with bbq grill.Pick your own veggies when in season. Hike the trail or take a paddleboat or canoe on the pond. Try some fishing, interact with rescue animals. The Lily Pad

The Lily Pad is a comfy one room king bed cottage with a porch overlooking the pond. A private full bath is close but not attached (attached to our home for plumbing purposes, but you have a private entry). The paved path is well lit. The cottage is insulated, heated,air conditioned, has electricity,Wi-Fi, and a smart tv used with your accounts. Fishing pole provided. The cottage is separated from our home by a garage. We leave guests uninterrupted unless they want to interact/need anything.
