Nestled in the foothills of the Colorado Rockies, our home is centrally located to all that the Denver area has to offer. We are a quick 15 minute drive to Downtown, and to Red Rocks Ampetheater. It is also an hour jaunt to some popular ski areas, including Loveland Ski Resort and Winter Park. This suite includes an upgraded bathroom with a spa-like shower. Bedroom accommodation features a queen sized pillow top mattress, and TV with Roku. You'll also have your own dining space and kitchenette.

Come share our unique and quirky home! Private Entrance to the entire 3rd floor -over 850 square feet - with a private entrance. You'll be staying on the 3rd floor of our home, built in 1906 and full of character. The records were lost years ago, so we aren’t sure which of the rumors are true: • was the house built as a boarding house? • maybe built as a hospital for tuberculosis patients? • could the house have been a brothel? Close to Highland Square, Downtown, restaurants and much more!

It has a full kitchen aside from a stove but does have a microwave, toaster oven, hotplate and exterior gas grill. I am close to Crown Hill open space, Sloans Lake (Edgewater market + many restaurants), Morse Park, Golden, Red Rocks, Belmar outdoor shopping and 15 minutes to downtown Denver. Lightrail is nearby (with parking) and a multitude of hiking trails. 1 hour to Loveland Ski area.

You’ll have access to the wrap-around covered-porch, and the amazing view from the hot tub, porch swing, or rocking chairs, looking out toward Golden over a pond with beautiful trees and the magnificent Rocky Mountains in the background.

Mid century Studio

Studio in a mid century style house. Room has a desk, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Private bathroom with a ship lap wall. Have AC hooked up for summer! I do control from my side of house. Let me know if it’s too hot. Have a fan to help circulate air based on need from reviews. Won’t provide coffee. Sorry it usually gets old before people use it. Only has one bed!! Also my dog will bark at other dogs/ animals so unfortunately service pets aren’t a great fit. Sorry
