A king size bed, large corner shower in the bathroom, and porcelain toilet. TV in both the living room and bedroom. Plenty of parking, and a private area all you yourself! It’s hooked up to water, electricity, and septic. Pets are allowed, with a $350/pet. Bring your horses, it’s an equestrian facility, barn, & pasture.
