We are situated in a rural location on the Killerton National Trust Estate just 20 minutes drive from Exeter. We have a clean and fresh, recently renovated self contained studio apartment with a kitchen area containing a microwave, fridge, toaster and a kettle. We are dog friendly and there are plenty of options for dog walking straight from the property.

The Old Tanyard Studio is perfectly located in the village of Whimple. Only 5 minutes walk from the main train station from Waterloo with lines to Exeter and the market town of Honiton only 10 minutes each way. A small studio with easy access to around the village. A local village store only 10 minutes walk away and 2 pubs in the town providing food.

Relax and unwind in the beautiful Devon countryside. By the Way cottage is in a small rural hamlet next to a nature reserve which has nesting Dartford Warblers. Beautiful seaside places are easily accessible; Sidmouth 5mls, Budleigh Salterton 6mls, Beer, Branscombe and Exmouth 10 mls. It's very quiet and the skies are dark at night.
