There is a queen bed downstairs as well as a queen in the loft, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. Coffee, tea & bottled water are included. Comfortable river home with beautiful views of the Historic Suwannee River. Experience what the Florida natives saw in their times, unspoiled Florida wilderness. Stairs lead down to the river. Large porch to relax on both open and under roof with an additional screen porch to relax on the swing and watch the river go by. From the porch access a screened room overlooking the river and enjoy games of Darts and Billiards, or you can utilize the grill and kitchen and prepare any meal you need.

Super cute and spacious private 3/2 home on 4 acres really lets you enjoy the rural country life without the chores. Only a few miles from several springs and the Suwanee river. (Literally have 10 springs within 39 miles). A few of the springs are: Little River Springs (my favorite), Ichetucknee springs, Ginnie Springs, Royal spring, Charles Springs, Rum Island, Hart springs, Blue Springs, Poe springs and so many more. While our home may not be perfect, its our perfect country get away.

Views are exceptional, a perfect little retreat in the quaint historic town of White Springs. 1/2 mile from Stephen Foster State Park. Canoe and kayak outfitters 1/4 mile away with launch and pickup available. Great fishing year round and bait shop 1/4 mile away. Perfect for a romantic getaway, Anniversaries, Birthdays.

The outdoor area has a paved patio, seating and a fire pit. Enjoy the cool shaded area and BBQ after a day in the sun. The Goat House is tucked away on the edge of woods on the outskirts of Live Oak. Close enough to run to the store and far enough for a quiet starlit night relaxing in a hammock or enjoying a small bonfire on cool nights.

Quiet little piece of heaven on earth. Enjoy the lake views, sit by a fire, enjoy the nature God has provided in our sanctuary on Pickett Lake. Use the grill or take a short drive to Branford or Mayo and enjoy some of the restaurants. Outdoor fire pit includes wood. PLEASE NOTE- Lake levels are EXTREMELY LOW. There is currently no water at the dock for fishing or swimming. We are currently experiencing extreme drought conditions.
