The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of a „ Gründerzeit Wohnhaus“ with lift and a nice backyard view. Public transport and activities Discover Vienna without the need of privat or public transport. Famous Viennese cafes and restaurants will spoil yo(URL HIDDEN) and the nightlife of Vienna is just a few steps away. Relax in a typical Viennese cafe with the world wide known gateau’s and a great selection of newspapers and first class piano. Or take your chance in the stores, the fantastic shopping malls and the markets of Vienna. Our 75 m² big apartment is close to the Urania between Wien Mitte ( U3;U(URL HIDDEN) and Praterstern ( U1 ) and old town. In our apartment we have rich and updated information about Vienna for you. Take part of the cultural life, the concerts, vernissages, musicals offered by the pusating city. Sight and famous places in our neighborhoods A stroll will lead you along the Donaukanal passing the well known Urania observatory. Next is the Ringstraße with its famous buildings and Palais. The Ringstraße is just outside the former city wall of old Vienna. Following the Kai you will come to Vienna’s famous pedestrian precinct which leads you to St. Stephens Cathedral ( about 20 min away from our apartment ). In the north of Donaukanal you will find after 500m the Wiener Prater, with its landmark the Riesenrad. Surrounded by the Prater-Auen which are perfect to relax. For runners we’ve got a 15km long track. But maybe you prefer the Hundertwasser house which is just e stone’s throw from here. Our Apartment Description of the Apartment: The spacious 75m² Designer-Apartment completely renovated and suitable for 1-4 persons. 1 sleeping room, cabinet, living room with convertible sofa that sleeps 2, perfect equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, separated toilet, storeroom and entrance area(URL HIDDEN) Located in a private house, 3rd floor, elevator available. Non smoking, no pets. Equipment: The Apartment is furnished on high standard an well sorted. We supply: 1 TV (cable), Mobil phone or fixed telephone connection, internet connection, hairdryer, washing machine, dish washer, stove with oven, fridge with freezing, coffee machine, plenty of dishes and cutlery, basics like linen, towels, shoeshine, iron utilities and umbrellas can be used free of charge. Additional equipment: baby bed and baby chair on demand, ironing board and electric iron, vacuum cleaner. . Bikes on demand free of charge. Day of arrival and day of departure free of agreement. Este apartamento recién reformado, soleado y tranquilo tiene una superficie de 75 metros cuadrados, habitaciones de alto (3,30 m), está en el cuarto piso (con ascensor), y dispone de todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable, como conexión gratuita a internet (Wi-Fi) de acceso, el uso gratuito de un ordenador y la televisión por cable. El apartamento consiste de un vestíbulo, una sala de estar (con zona de trabajo), un dormitorio, una cocina, un baño y un aseo independiente. El dormitorio está equipado con una cama king size (180 cm x 200 cm) y mucho espacio de almacenamiento para sus pertenencias en un armario y una estantería. Se proporcionará ropa de cama fresca. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todas las comodidades y electrodomésticos (cocina, horno microondas, cafetera, hervidor eléctrico, tostadora, nevera, congelador, lavavajillas, lavadora, lavaplatos, etcétera). Vajilla, ollas y sartenes están disponibles, así como todas las cuberterías necesarias. La sala de estar cuenta con un amplio y cómodo sofá, una mesa pequeña, un aparato de TV (flat screen LCD, 120+ canales) y una zona de trabajo. La zona de trabajo ofrece acceso gratuito: una PC estacionaria y una impresora láser, cámara, micrófono y altavoces para comunicación de voz y video, acceso a Internet de alta velocidad a través de conexión por cable RJ45 (además de conexión gratuita Wi-Fi), conector USB para su uso personal dispositivos. En el baño encontrará una ducha, un bidé y un lavabo. Un secador de pelo también se proporciona, así como toallas y suficiente espacio para sus artículos personales. El apartamento está situado en las inmediaciones de la nueva estación central de trenes (5 minutos) y el centro de la ciudad (10 min). Una estación de metro justo en el edificio proporciona acceso a cuatro líneas de tranvía. Esto le da la oportunidad de llegar a todos los lugares de interés turístico y lugares de interés en muy poco tiempo, utilizando la red vienesa de transporte público. Beautiful, very quiet and light-flooded top floor apartment with very large terrace not far from the underground station U4 Margaretengürtel and underground station U4/U6 Längenfeldgasse (5 minutes walk). Perfect city center location for sightseeing. All hotspots are only 1,2,3 metro stations away. The very famous Vienna Naschmarkt can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot, as well as the Mariahilferstraße (very famous shopping street). A supermarket is located in the immediate vicinity.

Very spacious and calm apartment in Ottakring .Quick and practical public transfer to the city center. You can go by bus ,tram or Underground. Various possibilities of shopping are very close like Thaliastrasse, ,Brunnenmarkt. 12 minutes by bus to Spittelberg,Museumsquartier or Ringstrasse . The apartment has a special old charm and my small new balcony is great ! The shower is inside the sleeping room . I `m sure you will enyoy my flat and relax .I want to be helpfull in any way!
