"The Flowers Vienna - Iris"

"Iris" is an new renovated apartment that offers everything you need to feel home. Comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen with microwave, espresso machine and fridge, a Bathroom with washing machine and a TV with amazon prime. You'll find bedlinen and towels without charge. The windows open southside to a court. Right in front of the door starts a big Shopping Street, with numerous shops and restaurants leading in one direction to the city center with its great buildings and museums and in the other to the famous Schloss Schönbrunn with a huge park and the Zoo. The Trainstation Westbahnhof with Trains, Busses and Underground is in a short walking distance. From there you get to the city center by Underground in 10 minutes or by bus directly to the airport. We are looking forward to have you as our guests! Traveling by car: Please notice, that in Vienna there is a fee for parking your car on the street on weekdays. Monday-Friday from 9.00 - 22.00 (€ 2,40 per hour). There are many Park houses close by (fees start from around € 39,00 per day). We are happy to offer you a parking place in the garage opposite to the Apartment for € 15,00 per day.

About 5 minutes walk from the old town center and the foothills of the Vienna Woods and about 15 minutes from the train station. A bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity. The morning sun wakes you up in the lovingly renovated and equipped Garçonnière with anteroom, closet space, bathroom with shower/toilet, and a living/sleeping room. The kitchen is separated. Pets are possible after consultation. NON-SMOKER!

In der Pension Sacher - Apartments am Stephansplatz hat jedes der drei gemütlichen großen Zwei-Zimmer-Apartments eine persönliche Note. Wir können kein bestimmtes Apartment zusagen. Alle bieten einen beeindruckenden Blick auf den Stephansdom. Diese Apartments sind zwischen 58 m² und 60 m² groß und verfügen über Vorzimmer mit voll eingerichteter Küche, Badezimmer, Sat-TV, Mobiltelefon sowie Klimatisierung. Die Reinigung erfolgt täglich vormittags an Werktagen und ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Bei diesem Angebot gibt es keine versteckten Kosten. Wir bieten ein wunderschönes kleines, eigenes Haus incl. Terrasse und gratis Parkplatz vor unserem Grundstück. Außerdem haben wir eine e-Ladestation, zum kostengünstigen Laden. In 15 min ist man mit dem Zug am Hauptbahnhof Wien, mit dem Bus in 10 Minuten ist man bei der Therme Wien Oberlaa. Das Haus ist 15 km vom Flughafen entfernt. Wir wohnen auch am Grundstück in einem eigenen Haus, sind also jederzeit verfügbar.
