Consists of two double bedrooms (one regular double and one small double bed), shower room and separate living area. Harbour Cottage is a charming two storey house, just a short stroll from the shores of Poole Harbour and the renowned beaches of Sandbanks. A fully fitted kitchen and spacious lounge on the ground floor include a 40in TV with Bose sound bar and desk area with fast wifi. A fully enclosed garden has a table, chairs and BBQ for alfresco dining. The spacious bedroom, with king size bed and single bed, is complemented by a luxurious en-suite shower room . Private off road parking for 2 cars.

The Flat, is a one bedroom, self contained space with living room, kitchenette, large bedroom, en suite bathroom & deck area. It is decorated in an eclectic and rustic style. The space is perfect for a quiet relaxing weekend break, as an alternative, creative work space, or a cosy, unique place to rest your head as you explore what Dorset has to offer. A 10min walk from Ashley Rd where you can buy food and supplies as well as catch buses to Poole, Bournemouth and the Jurassic coast.

Cosy Cottage on a Farm

Stockman's Cottage sits in the middle of our farm, far away from the road but just a short walk to the village. Eclectic style with modern amenities. Bed will be setup as SuperKing but can be twin on request. Walk-in shower, full kitchen and separate lounge, with tea, coffee & plus our farm eggs. Private access and I am usually around to help if needed. We have a variety of rare breed animals on the farm. Great location for exploring the fabulous Dorset countryside and coast.

The self contained Garden Room Annex

The private Annex has it's own access via the rear garden and is connected to the house via a lockable door. The Annex is a bed sitting room with basic kitchen facilities, a shower room and outside area, all for your sole use. You can choose a Large double or 2 single beds in the room. Towels, soap and linen are provided. Teas/coffee/milk available in the room. TV, Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, fan, iron/board, plates, cutlery. There's an Airfryer available on request.

There is a shared garden area with your own dining and lounging area. We do have a lovely little dog who is very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello.
