Base Camp 49 is a purpose built micro resort of four two-bedroom nightly rental homes, sleeping up to 6 guests each. Located on the ski trails in the heart of Mazama and the bank of the Methow River. All cabins enjoy covered patios, propane fire pits, and stunning views. Each casita is tastefully furnished with modern décor making the perfect place to relax and build memories. The individual units are named after the nearby mountains: Goat Peak, Sandy Butte, Flagg Mountain and Lucky Jim Bluff.

410 Bluff Street is the upstairs of a comfortable home overlooking the Chewuch River located three blocks from downtown Winthrop. It is a private and quiet space with large windows providing generous views of the river habitat. Minutes to Mazama and 10 mins to Winthrop. EV charger J1772 You will be surrounded by hundreds of miles of XC trails, biking, hiking trails, beautiful lakes and rivers. Easy flat winter access. Our cabin was build in 2018 with traditional cabin feel done in a modern way. Gourmet kitchen, 3 bd, 2 bath, large open common area, dining room, open loft with TV, and foosball table. AC. Dog friendly with approval but pets do require extra cleaning, we ask for a pet fee of $80 per Dog.

Private bedroom suite with office a mile to town

Our barn house is a unique and tranquil getaway, about a mile from town. We live up on the top level second floor and your all inclusive private space has one bed room, lounge area and full bathroom which is on the first floor. This is a working horse property so you will most likely hear farm noises and the sounds of horses outside your window. Enjoy a picnic area with a BBQ and picnic table provided. There is also a semi private sitting area by the willow tree with a fire pit.

The Caboose in Conconully

This property is located on Salmon Creek in the historic town of Conconully Washington! There are 2 lakes within walking distance for fishing or swimming. There is also a grocery store, and 2 restaurants/bars. Plenty of fishing available on both lakes. If you need a fishing pole, just let us know. There are amazing mountains to explore and many nearby towns to visit. Our little town is full of deer for your viewing pleasure. We have a wonderful state park as well.
