We are about a 40 minute drive to Canton (home of the First Monday Trade Days) and about 6 miles from the Amtrak station in Mineola. Included is a nice front porch to enjoy nature and a full kitchen for your convenience. The Cottage is 15 minutes from downtown Lindale, 35 from Canton Trade Days and Tyler. There is a queen bed and 2 nice futons upstairs. There are two space space heaters, extra blankets, and two acs. The Cottage has everything you need.
