There is a large comfortable living area. There is a covered porch that overlooks the garden, perfect to enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon sun.

It is only a short drive to Woolgoolga where you will find shops, pubs and some great restaurants. There is a cycle track all the way to Woolgoolga and walking tracks alone the coast line plus great surfing spots close by. Pet friendly with a Fully fenced yard.
