A self contained annex situated in a quiet cul-de-suc, on drive parking available but a car is not essential as we are located within walking distance of Portsmouth/Fishbourne car ferry also we are 2 minutes walk from main bus stop. The annex comprises on suite double bedroom, lounge/diner/kitchen with log burner for cosy winter nights in (logs provided) Kitchen is well equipped with fridge, freezer, cooker/hob plus microwave. One Small well behaved dog allowed, not to be left unattended .

The cottage gets the sunshine all day, sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms one king and one twin bed room both are en suite. Lounge and front bedroom have views to the marina, rear bedroom and kitchen with views over gardens. Very quiet location away from traffic noise. Nearby there is a foot /cycle path which takes you into Newport with its shops and Restaurants. Only a short drive to sandy beaches. The cottage is central for Island attractions. Parking available and pets are welcome!
