BEACH ACCESS IS OPEN! Condo is Located in The Fountain Beach Resort. Condo is Spacious and private for romance, couples, family and friends. Just under 700 square feet. One Bedroom w/2 queens, private bath w/2 person jetted tub and shower , large screen TV, and private balcony. Separate living room w/queen day bed, full bath and private balcony. Large screen TV, dining area with ocean view and full kitchen as well. Recent upgrades include new refrigerator, new carpet and new patio furniture.

Pool Open! Tiki Bar & Restaurant on location! Beach view room sleeps 4 w/ 1 King bed and a pullout. The kitchenette is nicely stocked & you will have all the beach towels you need to go to the beach with direct beach access from the building. This building has live music and DJ's, you can rent a golf cart from the lobby & drive the beach or find your new favorite locations around Daytona. This building is literally feet from the most famous Beach Entrance International Speedway. #BeachOn

If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay and enjoy the best Daytona has to offer, look no further! We are a 10 minute drive to the closest beach access, 15 minutes to the speedway and 3 minutes to Pictona pickleball club. This studio has everything you could need for a weekend retreat or longer. Great for staycations or as a work-from-home alternative. It comfortably fits one or two guests. Queen bed. Due to owners allergies and asthma, we are unable to host any animals.

1 bedroom condo-tel right on the beach! Has a king bed in the bedroom and a queen size convertible sofa in living room. All units are privately owned and run by an HOA. We have made many improvements to this prime location over the past few years. Our building is smack dab in the center of everything. You will not be disappointed!
