During WINTER: must have AWD or FWD, experience driving in serious winter weather (snow, severe wind, extreme cold); the cabin is located on gravel roads & dirt driveway. This log home is surrounded by a working cattle ranch. The area is peaceful with total privacy. Incredible view of Devils Tower from all areas of the home. Outdoor activities include hiking, snowshoeing, sledding and only five minutes from Devils Tower. Wildlife and livestock can be seen around the property. Warm up by the wood stove on cold days and enjoy dinners on the deck during warm days. All pets must be approved by host before your stay, failure to do so will result in loss of deposit.

The Cabin at the Hagerman Ranch

The Cabin is located on the west end of our family owned and operated cattle ranch. It has a full kitchen with everything needed to cook meals, a full bathroom, master bedroom with a queen size bed, small open loft with a pillow top double bed and 2 XL twin mattresses. The Yellowstone River is less then 100 ft from the front porch! Enjoy morning coffee watching the sun rise on the Crazy mountains, and in the evening sit on the front porch and relax & enjoy the beautiful sunset behind the mtns.

Dexter Peak Cabin is located near the base of the mountains on a 25 acre parcel shared with our home but still private. Close to Livingston, Chico Hot Springs, Yellowstone River, waterfalls, hiking and fishing, and 35 minutes to Yellowstone Park. Cabin is located about 200' from owner's home but the outdoor areas are oriented away from the home and toward the mountains. Little to no traffic as we are a couple with no kids. Dexter Peak Road is a great road for walking!
