WELCOME Built in 2019 under the guidance of a wheelchair using friend we have provided most, but not all, of the facilities to suit our less mobile visitors, although everyone is more than welcome to stay with us. It is styled around a rustic theme and is located around 5 miles (8km) from the A1 and 3 miles (5km) from the M62 motorways, with good road/rail links from 3 local stations and a bus terminus. All our guests have the full private use of the detached annexe during their stay.

Betton Cottage is a spacious first floor apartment in the grounds of Betton House, a Grade 2 listed Georgian house. Breakfast is provided. The beds in the 2 bedrooms can be either formed as super kings or twin beds providing flexibility sleeping arrangements for couples or a group of friends. Featuring high ceilings and gorgeous period features.The flat is accessed by fairly steep stairs so is not suitable for guests who are unable to climb stairs.

Hootsman – A Cosy Cottage with a Wood-Fired Hot Tub Hootsman is a converted stone barn on our rare breed goat farm, set on the edge of Rosedale Abbey in the North York Moors National Park. Inside, you'll find an open-plan living kitchen with hand-painted units, a wood-burning stove, and an en-suite bedroom with a bespoke double bed. The Shippen, Old Low Moor Farm near Thirsk

Completed in July 2018, the Shippen is a two bedroom, two bathroom, luxury barn conversion with an open plan living/ dining/ kitchen. The Shippen is single storey and is wheelchair friendly. It is set in beautiful countryside on the edge of the North York Moors National Park but with easy access to the Yorkshire Dales and the Yorkshire coast.
